How do I sign up?
Click on the Get Started button or go to the Sign Up page and provide your email
address, password, and company information. You will receive a confirmation email
and in no time you will have RentSentinel set up and ready to go.
How long are your contracts?
We have a month-to-month contract or an annual contract. We make it simple to add
or remove communities from your subscription at any time.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Yes. If you choose the annual payment subscription you will receive a $5.00 per
month discount ($34.95) over the month to month cost ($39.95). With the annual subscription
you will experience a cost savings of $60 per community each year.
Can I switch packages?
Yes, if you wish to subscribe to the annual subscription please contact a member
of the RentSentinel Sales team through the contact us page.
How do I cancel service?
To cancel your service you’ll need to log into RentSentinel, navigate to Administration
and click Account Info. Then locate the order you’d like to cancel and click the
Status icon for that order. You’ll need to confirm that you want to close the order.
How much will it cost me to upgrade to the newest release of RentSentinel?
Free! RentSentinel is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that is updated without
any charge to you.
What is the maximum amount of users I can add to this account?
Unlimited! RentSentinel allows you to add as many users as you would like to your
account.
What should I do if I need help with my account or have a sales question?
If you have any billing, sales or technical support questions please choose the
appropriate option from the contact us page.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
What are your privacy statement and terms of use policies?

Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No. There are no setup or cancellation fees with RentSentinel.
How much does it cost to setup integration with my property management system?
If you sign up for an annual subscription our technical team will assist you at
no cost. If you sign up for a monthly subscription, consultative fees will be incurred
when our technical support team is utilized. If you need assistance please contact
a member of the RentSentinel sales team through the contact us page.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
You are responsible for all charges already incurred. This means you won’t be charged
for any future months (or years) after you cancel but if you have already been charged
for the current billing cycle there is no pro-rated refund.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can sign up for RentSentinel on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel, you
will only be charged for the incurring month.
What happens if my annual package expires?
RentSentinel will automatically renew your annual subscription fee unless you cancel
in advance of the anniversary date of your initial purchase.
When do I have to pay?
RentSentinel will automatically bill your credit card either each month or each
year based on your subscription type.
