CHICAGO – September 7, 2011 – HotPads and Rent Jungle partnered with RentSentinel to streamline their community portfolios and widely syndicate apartment availability. RentSentinel will now provide daily ILS data feeds to both websites; Rent Jungle’s package includes free, syndicated feeds as well.

Property Management Companies use RentSentinel’s ILS feature to feed pricing, availability, photos and content to popular internet listing sites. When new content is uploaded it’s automatically pushed to sites like HotPads and Rent Jungle. This marketing management software provides instant integration, control, and simplicity.

“We’re excited to announce our partnership with HotPads and Rent Jungle,” said President Eric Broughton. “Data integration is a critical factor in regards to potential residents and successfully leasing properties. We see our product as a great opportunity for both websites to grow their business portfolios. In addition, these new ILS’s add tremendous value to our customer’s marketing strategy.”

HotPads (www.hotpads.com) was founded in 2005, is based out of San Francisco, and has over 3 million unique monthly users searching the site for their next home. Rent Jungle (www.RentJungle.com) was established in 2009, centered in Pittsburgh, and has over 500,000 active listings to date. Rent Jungle stores listings from over 12,000 websites and helps apartment prospects throughout the U.S and Canada. Both websites have experienced growth in size, traffic and features over the past year; this relationship benefits their development and helps RentSentinel’s ILS product, making it easier for clients to market their properties.
